Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Jumper 1234 pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
